Good Morning everyone,
We all arrived safely yesterday afternoon and the children just loved being surrounded in the animals. The farm has 2 alpacas, 3 pigs, 2 goats, 1 donkey, 1 pony, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits, 2 dogs, an owl, chicks, and many more.
Everyone gobbled down a delicious dinner and then we headed to do our chores which involved putting all of the animals out in their runs and the big feed. The smiles on all of their faces were incredible. They have been followed around the farm by the old dog Diesel and the new puppy Baloo.
We enjoyed a toasted marshmallow by the campfire last night whilst Mrs McGillivray and Miss Youngs began the campfire songs. The weather has been incredible and we've been in our t-shirts until bedtime as it was still so warm.
Most were asleep by 10pm last night (some were not haha) and I can already hear the rumblings of movement upstairs (it is 6:20am).
We have a big day ahead of us as we have to have farm jobs done, showers and breakfast before the coach picks us up to head to Paignton Zoo for the day.
I will update again in the morning and don't forget to check our facebook page for some updates today.
Have a great day everyone, I know we will.
