Wow! What a busy half term we have had. It has been fantastic to have you all back and enthusiastic to learn. Year 4 have been extremely busy writing narratives all about adventuring through a volcanic island as well as creating some very artistic volcanic eruption images through different mediums. Below are some super examples from across the Year 4 classes.

Looking ahead to our first summer term, we have lots of experimenting and investigations planned linked to animal survival and healthy living. The children will be busy researching how to look after our digestive system and teeth as well as observing the effects sugary foods have on them! Be prepared to become scientists once again Year 4! Alongside this, the children will be using all of their knowledge about animals to create their own article that will feature in Merton’s geographic magazine! We cannot wait to read their exciting and informative pieces.
