Welcome back to Spring 2! Year 3 have begun their exciting new science-led topic, Force of Nature. This half-term, the children will be exploring magnets and forces, carrying out fun investigations to discover how magnets attract, repel and work in different situations. They will be thinking like real scientists as they test, predict and observe.

In English, we will journey to the Arctic, where the children will use their imaginations to invent their own Arctic creatures yet to be discovered. They will describe their appearance, habitats and special survival skills through creative writing.

It’s set to be a fun and fascinating half-term full of scientific discovery and imaginative adventure!
